SUBSCRIPTION FEE The yearly subscription fee is $265.00. This entitles a subscriber to receive our newsletter, which is currently made available on www.safehaven.com on a weekly basis (subject to change), and our Real-time Alerts service. We also off the choice of subscribing on a quarterly basis for $75.00 per quarter. Readers whose trial period to Real-time Alerts has expired will be notified by email and asked if they wish to subscribe. Those who have not subscribed within 10 days of notification will no longer receive the Real-time Alerts and daily comments. REVISION OF SUBSCRIPTION TERMS We reserve the right to change the subscription fee and the terms of the subscription at any time, but this would not affect existing subscribers as to the current subscription. In the case of Force Majeure, such as a severe illness, which might prevent us from providing timely information, there will be an appropriate extension of individual subscriptions. SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITY It will be the responsibility of existing subscribers to notify Market Turning Points of changes in email, home or business address, telephone number, and any other pertinent information which appeared on the Subscriber Application Form.
SUBSCRIPTION APPLICATION New subscribers will be required to fill out a subscription application which can be found on the website under CANCELLATIONS If a subscriber wishes to terminate his/her subscription for any reason whatsoever, he/she will be sent a refund pro-rated according to the number of full months left in the subscription phase. This clause carries a $100.00 deductible. In other words, if you should cancel your subscription the very day after you subscribe, you would only get back $165.00 of your original subscription.
VACATION TIME We reserve the right to take 2 weeks of vacation every year, either consecutive or separate. During this vacation time, no updates will be sent and no newsletter will be published,.
